ASSA ABLOY recently announced a landmark sale by its subsidiary company Valli&Valli USA Inc.
Valli & Valli, acquired by ASSA ABLOY Italy in July 2008, is  the manufacturer of high design Italian Hardware.
The Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino has selected Valli&Valli’s handsome serie JP Duemila door lever by John Pawson from the Fusital collection to outfit the new $ 3.9 billion luxury Hotel/Condominium/casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Boasting a casino, nightclubs, restaurants, boutiques, a rooftop beach club and 3,000 condo-hotel and hotel rooms, the Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino is slated to open in the beginning of 2010.
“We’ve become successful because Valli & Valli stands for design, quality and service,” says Marinella Formenti, the USA director. “It always feels good in your hand and meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.”  In 2000, Valli & Valli USA opened a showroom based in New York City. “Valli & Valli has become the first international hardware company that boasts its own showroom in the United States exclusively to promote its products,” says Marinella Formenti. It is a useful addition in order to show the customers the full range of design products and is something that Formenti considers a must-do for the success of the company.
Valli & Valli U.S.A. has experienced phenomenal success over the past decade.  Notable completed projects include the Time Warner Building at Columbus Circle and 15 Central Park West by the renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern, both in New York City.
